Kelsey Short was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and moved across the country to earn her master's degree at Florida State University after completing her music education degree at Central Washington University. She then went on to teach elementary music for 10 years, earning her real estate license along the way. In addition to teaching, she regularly performs with the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, and has recently begun coaching classes at her local gym, Modern Fitness Tallahassee. Kelsey has an amazing support system at home in her husband, Will; her boston terrier, Brie; and her rescue tabby, Bruce.
Kelsey loves to challenge herself in fitness and sports and recently completed her first Hyrox competition in New York City. She is also an avid golfer and student of the game. You will typically find her at the course on the weekends with her husband and dog!
